Christopher S. Murray,

Chris Murray has been President of Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services since 2006. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with management and vendor partners to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.

Chris has more than 22 years of experience in the Alternative Risk Financing industry. He has managed various alternative risk insurance programs from self-insurance to captive programs.


Dustin Partlow, CPA

Dustin Partlow joined Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services in May of 2019. He is responsible for providing strategic oversight for the captive management operations as provided by Caitlin Morgan Captive Management Group.

Dustin brings more than 10 years of experience working in the Alternative Risk industry where he has formed and managed various alternative risk insurance programs risk retention groups and captive programs. He is an active member if the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA), the VCIA Legislative Committee, and the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association Conference Committee.


John K. Haigerty, CIC

John Haigerty began his tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services in 2010. John is responsible for marketing the Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services brand through constant interaction with the firm’s valued retail agency partners. He is involved in establishing sales growth initiatives while optimizing the effectiveness of the programs and products offered by Caitlin Morgan to the market place.

John offers strong experience and knowledge in alternative risk solutions, especially associated with the ISESC Public School Risk Management Program, Health Select, an Employee Benefits Stop-Loss Captive, and several of Caitlin Morgan’s exclusive Healthcare Programs. John earned his B.S. at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. John and his wife live and work in Indianapolis, where they are raising four sons.


Michael R. Mead

Mead, CPCU, is well known and respected throughout the captive Insurance profession. Michael has spent years developing relationships throughout our industry, working with other veteran’s service providers who share his commitment to excellence and desire to bring integrity to every transaction.

Michael R. Mead served as President of the Missouri Captive Insurance Association. He is past Director and Chair of the Captive Insurance Companies Association, or CICA.  Michael has also served as Director and President of the Arizona Captive Insurance Association (AzCIA). He is a past Director of the Captive Insurance Council Of The District Of Columbia (CIC-DC), a past Director and Vice President of The Insurance Center for Captive Insurance Excellence (ICCIE), where he is an instructor.

Michael also serves as Editor of the Captive Insurance Company Reports (CICR). Since 1977, captive insurance company reports what was the first independent periodical to focus exclusively on the captive insurance alternative market. Today, it is commonly recognized as the most respected independent periodical on this topic. Michael’s years of practical experience result in the sharing of information that educates captive practitioners on the comprehensive and diverse captive topics of today.
